If you are under the age of 16 you cannot:

  • buy the extra to participate in the AFTER PARTY.
  • participate in the AFTER PARTY with the Italian Institute Pass.
No. To access the convention and purchase an extra (activity) it is mandatory to buy a pass.

No, once you have purchased the pass you cannot be refunded as per the Terms and Conditions accepted upon purchase.

When we announce the opening of a HANDOVER session, you will be able to sell it privately to another interested person after contacting us and obtaining the authorization for the name change.

Guests may be subject to work commitments or may be detained by health problems even at the last moment. All extras purchased for the guest who will be missing in the form of CREDIT on your Kinetic Vibe account will be refunded, which can be spent on the event, or other events organized by us.

The pass will not be refunded as it is linked to the Convention and not to a single guest.

No, an extra is only valid once.
  • Those who have a companion pass will ONLY have access to the meeting area outside the Panel and Activity area, as well as to a waiting room. They are free to move away from the structure.
  • Those who participate in the Convention with a Entry Pass among those dedicated to the event, even if accompanying a minor, are entitled to a seat in the Panels and can purchase any extras.

The guest category is purely decided by the organization based onthe extras we choose to include in each pass category, on the private agreements with the agents/guests, and the logistic purpose of the organization of the activities through the event.

Yes, the Convention starts on SATURDAY morning and ends on SUNDAY evening. Not being present for the whole event might make you risk losing activities and extras that WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

This isn’t valid for guests participating for one day only, whose activities will start and finish within the day.

The program won’t be released until around 1 week from the event.

There will be a translator or more for ALL the activities for the Italian language.
