Check the FAQ of the site. If you are under the age of 16 you cannot:

No. To access the convention and purchase an extra (activity) it is mandatory to buy a pass.

No, once you have purchased the pass you cannot be refunded as per the Terms and Conditions accepted upon purchase.

When we announce the opening of a HANDOVER session, you will be able to sell it privately to another interested person after contacting us and obtaining the authorization for the name change.

Guests may be subject to work commitments or may be detained by health problems even at the last moment. All extras purchased for the guest who will be missing in the form of CREDIT on your Kinetic Vibe account will be refunded, which can be spent on the event, or other events organized by us.

The pass will not be refunded as it is linked to the Convention and not to a single guest.

No, an extra is only valid once.
  • Those who have a companion pass will ONLY have access to the meeting area outside the Panel and Activity area, as well as to a waiting room. They are free to move away from the structure.
  • Those who participate in the Convention with a Access Pass among those dedicated to the event, even if accompanying a minor, are entitled to a seat in the Panels and can purchase any extras.
None. The guest category is arbitrarily decided by the organization based on the subdivision of the activities that we have decided to include in the passes.
There may be guests attending one day and will only be rated as Special or Bonus.

Yes. The event starts on SATURDAY MORNING and ends on SUNDAY EVENING, consequently you could run the risk of losing activities, without the possibility of a refund.

The convention program is released one week before the event.

Yes, there will be a translator or more for ALL the activities for the Italian language.
